Cancellations
Out of courtesy to my time commitment to you, and other clients who could be on a wait-list, please allow 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate. Clients arriving over 20 minutes late will be considered a “no-show”, and the full session rate will be charged.
Extended Health Benefits
If you have extended health benefits, or are covered by a family member’s extended health benefits, you may be able eligible for reimbursement. Counselling services provided by “Registered Therapeutic Counsellors of Canada” may be covered under some private insurance policies, under “Counselling”
We will provide you with a receipt after payment. You may then submit that to your insurance company.
